How do I get my files after purchase?

What sizes do the targets come in?
Every target includes 1-page (8.5x11"), 4-page (2x2), 9-page (3x3), and 16-page (4x4) versions with red dashed cut lines, plus a 24x36" poster PDF. Multi-page versions assemble into large and life-size targets - see our tutorials.
What styles are included?
Full Color and Greyscale (ink saver) versions of every target.
What paper should I use?
Standard 20 lb printer paper works great. For outdoor use or reuse, 24-32 lb paper or light cardstock holds up better.
How do I print at actual size?
In your printer dialog choose "Actual size" or set scale to 100% - don't use "Fit to page", which shrinks the target and the cut lines.
How do the Audio Command targets work?
Each Audio Command target comes with 10 MP3 files. Every file runs a 3-stage exercise with voice callouts that get harder as you progress. Play them from your phone or MP3 player with range-safe headphones, then check the Score Key printed on the target to grade your performance. They're excellent for dry-fire practice too.
Can I reprint my targets?
Yes - buy once, print forever. Your purchase covers unlimited personal reprints.
Can I share the files?
No. Your license covers personal use - print as many as you like for yourself, but the digital files can't be shared, resold, or redistributed. See the License Agreement.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once files are delivered. If something's wrong with your files, contact us and we'll make it right.
