PrintMyTargets LLC License Agreement

Introduction
Welcome to PrintMyTargets LLC. This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of digital & physical products purchased from PrintMyTargets LLC ("Licensor") by you ("Licensee"). This Agreement outlines the rights and restrictions associated with the use of our products. Please visit our website for the most current version of this Agreement, as it may be updated periodically.
1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the digital product under the terms and conditions set forth herein. Once downloaded, the Licensee may use the product indefinitely, provided they comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:
Use the digital product for personal purposes, including practice and display and other legal recreational purposes related to target practice.
Feature the product in social media content, including online videos and other digital platforms. This includes content that is monetized through advertisements or sponsorships, provided that the product is not the primary item being sold. While crediting PrintMyTargets.com is appreciated and encouraged when our products are featured, it is not required.
3. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee shall not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the digital product without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the digital product and claim ownership or original authorship. Such modified products may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
Use the digital product in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation with any product, service, or entity without prior written consent from the Licensor.
Use the digital product in any manner that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
Use the digital product in association with any activities involving unlawful violence or physical harm to persons or property.
Use the digital product for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property or privacy laws.
4. Ownership
The digital product and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of PrintMyTargets LLC ("Licensor"). By downloading or using the digital or physical product, you ("Licensee") do not acquire any ownership rights of the digital products. This arrangement helps protect the integrity and uniqueness of our products.
5. Digital Product Management
Licensee is responsible for maintaining the security and backup of the downloaded digital products. Once the Licensee has downloaded the digital products, the Licensee is responsible for the safekeeping and backup of their files. If you ever lose access to your files, please contact our customer support team for assistance with any questions regarding your specific situation.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the Licensee fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the digital product and destroy all copies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Licensor provides the digital product "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the digital or physical product, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, including any amendments or modifications made and posted on our website, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or other communications between the parties, both oral and written.
Updates to this Agreement:
Please note that this Agreement may be updated or modified from time to time. Such modifications become effective immediately upon posting on our website and will be incorporated into this Agreement. We encourage you to periodically review the License Agreement to ensure that you are aware of any changes. By continuing to use the digital products after changes are posted, you accept and agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.
Acknowledgment
By downloading and/or using the digital or physical product, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
