Refund & Return Policy: Can I return my Product?

Because of the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales on PrintMyTargets.com that are digital in nature are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once they are purchased and delivered to you. However, we do offer warranties for our physical products. Physical Product Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on physical products in new condition within 30 days of purchase. For both defective and non-defective products, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees, and refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. For exchanges, we will replace the product with the same or a similar item. Please be aware that we currently only ship to customers within the United States of America.

Incorrect Email Address Issues

In the event that digital products are purchased and incorrect email address information is supplied to our system, please contact our customer support team immediately. Our team will investigate and handle the situation on a case by case basis. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and may be able to resend digital products to the correct email address after appropriate verification. However, being provided with subsequent download links in these cases are not guaranteed until verification is made to ensure any potential abuses of our system are investigated. Refunds will be considered only if it's clearly established that the product was not received due to an incorrect email address error on our part that has been clearly verified.

When purchasing digital products from PrintMyTargets.com, it is your responsibility to ensure that accurate email address information is entered when checking out, as this email address is what will be used to send access to your digital products. Please double check your information before proceeding with purchasing any digital products from our store. We want you to have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing and using targets from us, so please double check you have entered the correct email address where you will receive download links for your products. 

Exceptional Circumstances

While our store policy is that all digital product sales are considered final, we do understand that there may be times where exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please reach out to our support team with a detailed explanation, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
