We provide a limited 1-year warranty for any USB products that break under normal use (such as plugging into computer devices). At our sole discretion, we will offer a USB replacement after speaking with the customer. Please note that the purchaser may be responsible for any delivery costs associated with the replacement. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use or performance of this product. This warranty is void if the product has been misused, modified, neglected, or disassembled prior to filing a warranty claim. Examples of misuse include exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, physical impact, and improper insertion or removal from devices. To file a warranty claim, please send pictures and details of the damaged USB device to warranty@printmytargets.com. Lost devices do not qualify for the warranty; however, at our sole discretion, we will consider cases on an individual basis.
We highly recommend that our customers back up their data when receiving USB flash drives from us. Data can be backed up on your computer, mobile phone, external hard drives, and additional USB flash drives owned by the customer. Once you buy targets from us, we want you to own them for life, so we encourage that you back up your data to a secure location or additional device. However, we do ask that you do not share the purchased products with other individuals who have not purchased the products, as this would be a violation of our policies and License Agreements.
Because of the nature of digital products, which are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales on PrintMyTargets.com that are digital in nature are considered final. We can not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once they are purchased and delivered to you. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on digital products.
